Distilled from malted barley and matured in a range of casks that may include ex-bourbon, French oak, and fortified wine barrels, this limited release reflects the distillery’s long-running approach to layered maturation and house style.

Tasting Notes
"The nose reveals aromas of jammy stone fruit (apricot, peach, plum, cherry) mixed with aromatic ginger, sandalwood, patchouli, cinnamon, and clove. The palate is light-to-medium weight and somewhat juicy, with layers or rich cocoa and soft spice flavors adding some weight and depth. The finish is lively and spicy, with fragrant hints of hoppy florals. "
