Lychee like, hint of spice, less sweet than St. Elder. A more layered flavor. Definitely worth the higher cost.

The perfect for a Parisian martini 1 part with a fine dry, London gin 2 parts and freshly squeezed lime juice.

So damn sweet and floral that it can easily overpower when in a cocktail. Don't use more than a half ounce per 2oz of liquor. Wonderful neat and chilled as a digestif, though.

So glad I discovered this! I’ve had an elderflower syrup I’ve used for a while and decided to get a small bottle of St. Germain to try for my Sunflower recipe. One of the best liqueurs I’ve ever tried. A bit pricey, but worth it.

Compared against DeKuyper Fleur and St. Germain was just superior in every way. Richer, sweeter, almost honey-like on the palate.

Aromas of fruit cocktail with extra cherry. Amazing on the nose. The flavor is still sweet and fruity. But it comes off a little medicinal on the finish. Cloying and full bodied
