St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur

Straight, this is just lovely and so fragrant. There aren't too many flavors (Chartreuse) or anything distracting (Absinthe) - It will make an amazing addition to so many drinks. Not that there is anything wrong with Chartreuse and absinthe. They just tend to overwhelm cocktails.

Delicious. Fresh, sweet, adds a lovely note to most cocktails. I love it in a gin and soda.
