St-Rémy VSOP is the introductory expression from the House of St-Rémy, where Martine Pain has held her post as Maître de Chai (Cellar Master) for over 15 Years.
Wines made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Merlot, Gamay, Ugni Blanc, Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are distilled and aged in small French oak barrels before they are blended together and bottled at 40% ABV.
