Stagg Jr Barrel proof Bourbon Batch 10

I love Stagg Jr. but I don’t like NyQuil cherry cough syrup and this reminds me way to much of it.

Whoa. I love Stagg Jr and this is great. Nose is candied caramel apples, cherries and marshmallows. Getting butter after it’s sat a week. Palate is not quite as hot as the proofage suggests. Slightly more mellow that B13. More cherries - almost a cherry gummy. Apples and caramel continue. Still my favorite bourbon. I use the rating scale below. Distiller uses a scale of 5 and I use a scale of 10, but I’m sure you’re not too drunk to do the math! 1. Disgusting - So bad I poured it out. 2. Poor - I wouldn't consume by choice. 3. Bad - Multiple flaws. 4. Below average - Not bad, but many things I'd rather have. 5. Good - Just average. 6. Very Good - Better than average. 7. Great - Well above average. 8. Excellent - In a league of its own. 9. Incredible - An all-time favorite. 10. Perfect

Good classic bourbon corn taste. Nice vanilla,caramel and oak wood. Not a bourbon expert,but well aged bourbons will be treasure in the future

For me this beat out 13 which is supposed to be so good. I did it blind twice... same result. Yeah maybe I’m not most experienced guy but I know which one I would drink more
