Nose hot cinnamon vanilla caramel spices..palate cinnamon vanilla spices caramel hot burn in the good way balance .finished long complexity

This one was all dark sugars and syrups on the nose with tons of oak and some spice. The palate reminded me of the syrup I make for pecan pie before I add the pecans with syrupy brown sugar, a touch of molasses, and spice. The finish is long with a bit of heat up front and oak and molasses through the end.
