Stagg Jr Barrel Proof Bourbon Batch 1

This is a superb strong bourbon. Tasted neat it has plenty of fire. Add a splash of water and leave for a few minutes and this bad boy really opens up and becomes really smooth. The nose is much more approachable when watered down and lots of vanilla and caramel as you would expect.

All burning and acid at first. Once you get past that, vanilla and toasty caramel.
