Reviewed February 28, 2015 (edited July 3, 2015)Last tasting with Stu McMillan and Mike Massinople on February 27, 2015. Purchased two bottles from Sunset corners in February 2015. Purchased a third bottle in March 2015 and a fourth in May. Drinking this bourbon with a large ice cube is a must as intense flavors are released. Reviewed February 18, 2015After seeing mixed reviews on this I wasn't sure how I'd like it - glad I took the chance on it. Amazing bourbon. Needs a serious water cut to enjoy - I do about 1/3 filtered water to 2/3 whiskey for this. Incredible complex taste and finish. Lots of nice cherry notes in addition to the more typical bourbon flavors. Not for the novice drinker, but for an experienced palate this stuff is simply great.
