Star Hill Farm Whisky is an annual release from Maker's Mark and represents the distillery's first new mash bill and first wheat whiskey. This release is made from two mash bills, one entirely malted wheat, the other 70% wheat and 30% malted barley, blended together using hard red, hard white, and soft red winter wheat varieties. It is made from a combination of 7 and 8 year whiskies and bottled uncut at cask strength, 116.4 proof. This release also carries Estate Whiskey certification, indicating it is produced entirely on the distillery's estate using locally sourced grains.
It launched in limited quantities in the U.S., U.K., Australia, Japan, and Duty Free in 2026.
