This expression is made using the brand's flagship bourbon, which is a blended in small batches from a combination of 3-grain and 4-grain mash bill bourbons made with a 100% sweet mash fermentation which were distilled on copper pot stills. It is initially aged for at least 4 years.
It is then transferred at cask strength to new heavy toasted and lightly charred barrels for finishing. It is bottled at 103 proof.
