Starlight Carl T. Huber's Signature Bourbon
This expression is named for the grandfather of Greg & Ted Huber, 6th generation owners of Huber's Orchard and winery and Starlight Distillery. It consists of 58% corn, 27% rye, and 15% malted barley distilled in the distillery's 80 gallon copper pot still from Germany.
It is matured in new, charred 53 gallon oak barrels that are sourced from 3 different cooperages in varying styles for a minimum of 4 years. It is bottled at 92 proof.
