Produced at Starlight Distillery in Borden, Indiana using estate-grown grains from the distillery's 700 acre farm, Toasted Barrel is a limited release that blends two mash bills: a three-grain (60% corn, 20% rye, 20% malted barley) and a four-grain (51% corn, 20% rye, 20% malted barley, 9% wheat). Both are twice distilled in a Vendome copper pot still using a sweet mash process before aging a minimum of 4.
5 years in new charred American oak barrels, then finishing for six months in a combination of toasted American, French, and Hungarian oak casks. Bottled non-chill filtered at 106 proof.
