"Starward Nova is a very pleasantly oaky single malt. With a bit of ripe fruit on the nose, it's gentle on the palate with flavors of vanilla, honey, and a hint of strawberry jam. The finish is clean with a lingering sweetness and a bit of wood. It's an easy-to-enjoy single malt and a welcome addition of Australian whisky to the US market."
