Reviewed January 26, 2023 (edited December 31, 2023)Flaviar bottle 01/2023. Actually quite nice and not as ethanolic as the proof would suggest. Straightforward vanillas and caramels with nutty leather notes, with none of the fruity, herbal, or flowery riff-raf. Solid choice that is an easy sipper. Smooth, but nothing too special. -

Reviewed January 14, 2023 (edited December 31, 2023)The nose is a sweet blend of vanilla and caramel with just a hint of bitterness underneath. The sweetness follows through into the palette, mixing with warm baking spices and syrup. The finish is bright and smooth and finally mellows out the sweetness. -

Reviewed January 14, 2023Nose is light with a semi sweet nose of carmel and vanilla. Taste is of warm baking spices to complement the nose, like cinnamon. The finish is fairly clean despite the kick of warmth at the front of the sip -

Reviewed December 17, 2022Nose: Vanilla and orange with a little bit of caramel. Flower petals in the background. Taste: sweet oak morphing into a vanilla caramel with a bit of leathery tobacco on the end . Up front I get a jolt of lemonade which is pretty nice Finish: caramel and leather Definitely an upgrade from the baseline stellum bourbon Watch video review here! https://youtu.be/5r0V1WvfF4k90.0 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed November 3, 2022Very strong fruit profile on the taste which is a bit of a surprise as I didn’t get that on the nose….as nose was pretty light so need to revisit that. Finish is medium and a nice warming feel with a bit of spice on the end. Best part of the profile is finish … higher proof, but don’t get any real ethanol. Pretty enjoyable.50.0 USD per Bottle -

Reviewed October 18, 2022Citrus, cocoa predominant on the palate with a considerable amount of spice. Mouthfeel is thinner - not a very viscous bourbon - but not thin on flavor. Fruit exits at the finish, leaving behind vanilla, leather, oak, and a lingering pepperiness.100.0 USD per Bottle
