Stellum Black, produced by Barrell Craft Spirits, is a series of specialty whiskey blends featuring rare barrels. For this Equinox Bourbon, straight bourbon whiskeys from Indiana, Tennessee, and Kentucky are blended and bottled at cask strength.
The bottling is named as such due to the final blend being completed on the evening of the vernal equinox. Only 8400 bottles produced with availability at select retailers nationwide beginning in July 2022.
