Stellum Lyra Single Barrel Bourbon (Bourbon & Bourbon)

Rural inn #4: 121.58 proof Going backwards a bit, but the finish is awesome. Super long and warm. Back to the beginning: I get some honey on the nose along with vanilla bean. Sweet notes on the front with meringue quality. Vanilla continues throughout. Heat kicks in pretty strong, which I enjoy but would beat up your pallet for other tastings that night. Overall, this is my type of bourbon, only knock is that it is a little simple.

Total Wine DE store pick. ABV 63.27%. Sourced juice of course but this had a great balance of heat and flavor. Really enjoyed it.
