This one drinks like a street musician trying to make a buck hoping that one day, they will make it big. As Aerosmith put it, dream on. Let this age longer Still Austin, then maybe one day, the stars will align, and this street muscian will make it…to the county fair.

Neat: Vanilla, spicy. Good.

Brown sugar, charred oak, caramel, grains, rye spice followed by classic bourbpn swertness. Also get an almost herbal note. Finish is fairly short, but this is a decent sipper and has a light enough weight that it can work on warmer evenings.
