Still Cellars in Longmont, Colorado infuses their Apple Straightup (made with apples and sugarcane) with cinnamon chips from Mountain Rose Herbs. They use 20 pounds of fruit in every bottle. Note: Since they use sugarcane in the production of this spirit, it is not technically a brandy but a spirit.
