Still Cellars in Longmont, Colorado infuses their Apple Straightup (made with apples and sugarcane) with cinnamon chips from Mountain Rose Herbs. They use 20 pounds of fruit in every bottle. Note: Since they use sugarcane in the production of this spirit, it is not technically a brandy but a spirit.

Tasting Notes

"Warm, buttery, golden apple pie in color with strong clove and nutmeg notes on the nose. Sharp cinnamon flavors in the initial attack, with a bit of banana and warm baked-bread tones in the mid palate. Gentle nutmeg finish."
