Stirrings Ginger

Sweet, intensely sweet. Best in small amounts in a cocktail.

If you are looking for a legitimately spicy and warming ginger liqueur, this fits the bill. Still fairly sweet, so don't add additional sweet to any cocktail you build until you taste. Nice to experiment with, but far too sweet to drink straight up.
