Stroudwater Distillery Bourbon

It’s a little light - underaged.

Very young, a bunch of ethanol on the nose, decent mixer but not my choice for on the rocks.

Nose: Wood, Red Apple, Lemon Palate: Rye spice Finish: Spearmint

Nose-sweet tea Body- sweet tea and smooth, young grain notes are present but they don’t bite Finish- grass, peanut, and a hint of mint Had at Garden Cafe in York. A nice new distillery.
