Nose: ethanol, pear, apple Palate: white wine, citrus, fruit, touch of peat and shortbread. Slightly dry and hay like. Good bit of vanilla Finish: short and slightly sharp. Touch of spice

Alcohol dominated on the nose. Watery at first, follow by some nuttiness then chocolate on the palate. Quick finish with lightly lingering on the tongue. As of Jan. 21, surprised that it feels so different compared to when the product first came out; food matters maybe.
