Tasting Notes
"While at first this whiskey is almost like candle wax, aromas of pecans caramelized with honey and candied apple appear once it opens up. Floral pollen explodes on the palate with dry and dusty grain. The flavor is admittedly much better than the nose as it follows up with young peppercorn and an oily, spicy finish. You can't judge every whiskey by its nose; give this one a chance to surprise you!"
