I’m tasting a barrel pick that’s 120 proof. It’s good classic bourbon. Lots of caramel, vanilla, wood, and brown sugar. Rich and deep. Long finish.

Nose: char, apple Palate: smoke, toffee Finish: spicy, orange zest Smooth and flavorful

r/bourbon pick. Apple pie on the nose. Butterscotch and desserts on the palete.

Buttery and sweet finish.
