Reviewed July 4, 2017 (edited October 21, 2024)Bottled at 57% ABV, this whisky is bold and full-bodied, so I added a few drops of water to my dram. Lightly peated, with some olive brine on the nose. Oily mouthful, with a hint of toffee sweetness and touch of sea salt. Warm and peppery long finish. Compared to the classic Talisker 10, this expression is spicier, but less smoky. Very good and worth trying. -
