Nose is very juniper forward, as is expected with a London Dry Gin. The higher proof is also evident in the nose. First sip is juniper and coriander. As you finish, the coriander overtakes the juniper. This is a classic, if not the classic, London Dry, and it accomplishes the requirements as such. However, the lack of citrus flavors limit its flavor profile for straight up drinking. At the same time, the big hit of Coriander and juniper make an excellent base for a classic Dry Martini or Gin and Tonic with a good squeeze of lime, or as a Gin that doesn't get lost in more flavorful cocktails such as the Elderflower Gin and Tonic. At an affordable price, this is a good basic Gin for every home bar.
