London Dry GinNeutral spirit flavored with juniper and other botanicals. In the US, the minimum ABV is 40%; In the EU, it is 37.5%. Originally, only made in London, this can be made anywhere. No artificial flavors or colors can be added. Only water, neutral grain spirit, and sugar (no more than 0.1g/l) can be added.

"Fairly straightforward as you bring the glass to your nose; juniper standing out the strongest with the other botanicals fairly even. Coriander and citrus peel comes out when you taste and feels a little oily. There's an earthy quality that ties everything together. The finish is spicy and dry and slightly bitter. This is a rather versatile gin for use in most cocktails."
