Tanteo Blanco Tequila was introduced in fall 2019 in California and New York and nationwide in 2020. The agaves are sourced from a cooperative of agave farmers who also own the distillery itself. Brick ovens are used to cook the agave and after fermentation and distillation, the tequila is bottled at 85 proof.
Tequila BlancoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is typically unaged , clear, and bottled straight after distillation. Sometimes rested in stainless steel up to 60 days and can also be aged in wood for no more than 30 days.
