The bourbon is aged over 3 years in 47-gallon, new American oak with a char #3. The whiskey is brought down to proof with water from the Cascade Mountains.

Tasting Notes
"The nose shows peanut shells, vanilla cream, and a small amount of leather. The taste leans towards red apples, maple, and cinnamon with the body of the bourbon leaning on the light side. The finish is just ordinary; there's the same vanilla and char notes, but this is not a whiskey that stays with you."
