Tatoosh // USA
Tatoosh Bourbon is a whiskey produced from a mash bill that is 70% corn, 15% rye, and 15% malted barley. It is distilled at the Bendistillery in Bend Oregon (though this is not indicated on the label) in a hybrid pot/column still. The bourbon is aged over 3 years in 47-gallon, new American oak with a char #3. The whiskey is brought down to proof with water from the Cascade Mountains.
BourbonProduced anywhere in USA; Mash bill of at least 51% corn; aged in new, charred oak barrels.

"The nose shows peanut shells, vanilla cream, and a small amount of leather. The taste leans towards red apples, maple, and cinnamon with the body of the bourbon leaning on the light side. The finish is just ordinary; there's the same vanilla and char notes, but this is not a whiskey that stays with you."
