Tasting Notes
"Highlights on the nose are apple sauce, red fruits, clementines and a touch of menthol and chalk, maybe even a whiff of pralines. There's a lovely fruitiness on the palate, which is wonderfully integrated. There’s citrus fruits, plenty of strawberry, some mango and Maraschino cherry, but then some powdered black pepper as well. Great balance between the ex-bourbon and wine maturation."
