Tasting Notes
"The nose offers a big fruity dose, with cotton candy and bubblegum, and predominately tropical fruits. It's a distinctive set of notes found within Teeling whiskeys which are both Cooley-distilled and in contact with white Burgundy casks. The palate showcases a large white wine influence, along with honey and grapes. The finish gets a bit hot with that high proof, before lighter fruits settle back in."
