Teeling Spirit of Dublin Poitín is made from 50% malted barley and 50% unmalted barley, all of it sourced from Ireland. It is distilled three times in traditional copper pot stills and is bottled at 52.

PoitínPoitín or poteen is a traditional Irish spirit usually made in a small pot still. It is often made from barley, corn, potatoes or sugar beets. It isn't usually aged, but it can be for up to 10 weeks and it can also be flavored. Its name comes from the Irish word "pota" which means pot.
