Temple Distilling Chapter One London Dry Gin
London Dry Gin
Chapter One // Washington , USA
Temple Distilling was founded in 2014 in Lynnwood, WA just outside of Seattle and this London Dry Gin was their first release. Using a neutral grain spirit as the base, nine botanicals are used in its production to comprise a classic London Dry Gin style which differs from their Navy-Strength and Barrel-Aged versions.
Those botanicals are as follows: Italian juniper berries, coriander, lemon peel, orange peel, grains of paradise, cubeb berries, angelica, cardamom, and orris root. Bottled at 90 proof, the brand considers this to be the "non-fiction" gin in its portfolio.
