Tasting Notes

"The nose is strong with earth, old leather, caramel, vanilla and spice. Palate is complex and balanced with dry leather, spices, orange zest and hint of green apple. It's like opening a spice cabinet - strong notes of clove, cinnamon, nutmeg and black pepper plus toasted oak and campfire smoke. Finish is short and warm but no burn."
