This is an additive free tequila made from 100% estate grown blue Weber agave. It is roasted for 15 hours in an autoclave, crushed by roller mill, fermented in cement tanks without fibers using proprietary yeast, and distilled 2 times in a stainless steel still with copper coil.
This expression is rested in ex-bourbon barrels for 11 months. .

Tequila ReposadoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is aged from 2 months up to a year in barrels no larger than 20,000 L. Any type of wood is acceptable, although ex-bourbon barrels are most common. Reposado translates to "rested".
