Tequila ArteNOM Selección de 1123 Blanco
This is an additive free 100% blue Weber agave tequila that is produced in Jalisco by Destilería Cascahuín. The agave is cooked in stone ovens, fermented in cement tanks without fibers, and twice distilled in pot stills.
It is barrel aged in American oak casks that also once held Oaxacan mezcal for 21-28 days as a nod to traditional techniques, even for a blanco. It is then clarified and brought to 56% ABV with reverse osmosis demineralized water, then bottled at 43% ABV.
