This limited edition tequila was released to celebrate El Mayor's 25th anniversary. Master Distiller Rodolfo Gonzalez selected 25 barrels of their oldest stock to create this bottling. Beginning with 100% agave sourced from the Tequila Valley in Jalisco, the tequila is aged for 39 months in American oak bourbon barrels.
It's packaged with a silver label to honor their silver anniversary. There are 6,000 bottles available nationwide beginning July 2023. (SRP $129.

Tequila Extra AñejoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is aged for at least 3 years in barrels not to exceed 600 liters. Any type of wood is acceptable, although ex-bourbon barrels are most common. Extra Añejo tequilas are also known as "ultra aged".
