Tasting Notes
"The nose is refreshingly herbal and vegetal for an añejo, with notes of sweet spring herbs (dill, oregano, spearmint) mingling with roasted green pepper, roasted agave, lime, and grapefruit zest. While there is a distinct vanilla note on the palate, it does not overpower the vegetal flavors, also allowing some spicy notes of chili pepper, cinnamon, and sharp clove to come through. While it is certainly on the sweet side, that aspect of the flavor profile is subtle and refreshing rather than cloyingly dessert-like. "
