Tequila Ocho Plata "Puerta de Aire" 2016

Harvested from the "Puerta de Aire" rancho located about 3 km northeast from La Alteña. This unaged tequila was made from agaves which were 7 years old. The land is on a gentle slope of red soil which has oak and cedar trees growing both inside and alongside the rancho. Some bottles on the market are black; these were released in honor of Day of the Dead.
Tequila BlancoDistilled from 100% blue Weber agave, it is typically unaged , clear, and bottled straight after distillation. Sometimes rested in stainless steel up to 60 days and can also be aged in wood for no more than 30 days.
