Tequila Ocho Reposado El Puertecito 2011
Tequila Reposado
Tequila Ocho // Los Altos, Jalisco, Mexico
Rancho El Puertecito is located about three miles west of Arandas in the heart of Los Altos. In his label notes, Master Distiller Carlos Camarena says, “Puertecito is complex and still gentle.
The waves of flavor come along softly in harmony and don’t throw you in the ocean.” El Puertecito Reposado is unusual in that only 16 cases were made and it was never commercially released.

Tasting Notes
"Aged for 8 weeks and 8 days, El Puertecito Reposado offers vanilla, caramel and hints of roasted nuts on the nose. Agave asserts itself on the herbaceous and creamy palate, as well as tropical fruit and a hint of oak. The subtle finish lingers with cut grass and agave notes."
