Tasting Notes
"Very clean at the forefront, it reminds me of freshly washed and air-dried clothes at my grandma's house. Pale straw in color, there is very little influence from the barrel. Fresh green vegetation rounds out to a dry Amontillado sherry. It sits quite weighty on your palate and has notes of white pepper, almond, and cooked agave. Use this in a nice margarita with dark agave nectar and the spice will come through nicely."
