"While it starts with an astringent corn note that's common for moonshine, the nose gives way to lovely florals. The mouthfeel is surprisingly oily and, though hot at first, it doesn't stay that way long. The aftertaste is where this spirit shines; the huckleberries join the party and linger. Not as sweet as expected with a little citrus--a nice surprise."
