Bottled at 80 proof, it's distilled from 100% Capital District and Hudson Valley apples fermented at the cidery and aged in a used barrel.
The 10th Pin is a barrel-aged apple brandy produced by The Albany Distiling Co in collaboration with Nine Pin Cider. Bottled at 80 proof, it's distilled from 100% Capital District and Hudson Valley apples fermented at the cidery and aged in a used barrel. Made from American oak, the barrel was first used to age Albany Distilling Company Rye Whiskey and used again to age Nine Pin Cider from 2013, before its third use aging this brandy.
