Reviewed October 27, 2021I got the 20 last year and this one is similar. On the nose a hint of smoke, apple, hazelnut, citrus, vanilla, pear, caramel. On the palate, apple pie with toasted apples on it, it's not really complex and doesn't taste like a 30 years whisky A bit disappointing -

Reviewed July 4, 2020 (edited July 13, 2021)My fourth Ardmore after the Traditional Peated, Port Wood finish and Legacy. None made it past a score of 3.5 this is slightly above that but definitely less complexity in flavour and balance than the 25 Balvenie. You do get a lovely creamy vanilla creme brulee thing going on. Aftertaste is slightly sharp.
