Reviewed May 28, 2014 (edited August 10, 2014)Oak monster--wood, wood and more wood on the palate. Sweet, but not cloying. Nose: caramel and sherry; palatte: tropical fruit; slightest hint of smoke (or is it pepper) on the finish. Rewards those who give it 15-20 minutes to nose--flavors swirl and complexity really kicks up with four drops of water. A standard by which many drams are to be measured. -
