Tasting Notes
"The nose is quite complex with notes such as milk chocolate, cooked peaches and apricots, rich malt, gentle wood spices, oak and a hint of mint. Further nosings bring a bit of citrus and gentle wood spices, especially after a few drops of water have been added. The whisky is medium full on the palate with a slight amount of oil and the flavors found on the nose carry on to the taste. The finish is fairly lengthy and pleasant. Overall, the whisky shows great balance and is not too fruity, spicy, or sweet. "
