Similar to the brand's Gold Spiced Rum but with a different array of spices and added molasses, the dark-caramel spirit has been twice distilled in a reflux still with optional double column capable of various configurations. Color is said to derive solely from barrel aging. This is the line's highest-priced rum.

"The first impression is of blackstrap molasses with spicy raisin and Port-soaked prunes. More dark molasses appears on the palate along with cinnamon. The overall impression is of richness without much complexity, making this spirit perhaps best over ice cream or sipping in lieu of dessert."
