The Fighting 69th Irish Whiskey
This product is named for a battalion of Irish Catholic immigrants who fought in the New York Army National Guard and marched in the city's first annual St. Patrick's Day parade in 1851. One dollar of every bottle sold goes toward the Sixty-Ninth Infantry Regiment Historical Trust.
It consists of a blend of malted and unmalted barley, triple-distilled, and initially aged a minimum of 3 years in ex-bourbon casks. It then undergoes secondary finishes in a variety of single char, double char, oloroso sherry, rum, and port casks. It is bottled at 80 proof.
