Tasting Notes
"Sweet aromas float from the glass, as cookie dough, sweet barley and vanilla custard dominate. There's a hint of pickled lemon, and just a whisper of smoke. The palate is oily and fruity (lemons, peaches), accompanied by sweet marzipan and a touch of brine. It lingers on slivers of peat and fruity pears."
