Reviewed December 18, 2021 (edited December 8, 2022)Blind tasting Nose: sherry, bourbon, cherries Taste: Very sweet, maybe a little too sweet. Maraschino, maple syrup. higher abv. Maybe a little smokiness at the end. Wisps of dusty cereal grain. Wood: sherry and bourbon. Bit torn on this one. It is enjoyable but I think it’d be a once in a while type of thing. The sweetness is nice but verging on too much. Reminds me of one I had a while ago aged in maple syrup barrels. I want to say there might be some corn in this as I’m getting stronger bourbon elements Distillery? Aberlour -
