Tasting Notes
"Lots of traditional sherry notes, like sweet raisins, set to a spicy backdrop, with just a hint of sulphur and aceto balsamico. This leans to the sour side of the aroma spectrum, making it very interesting. It is surprisingly drinkable, despite the high abv. Think licorice, maraschino cherries and orange peel, as well as chocolate pralines. Very good!"
